Assessments are the first stage of the application process. These are fully self-paced. All applicants are required to complete the series of assessments before moving on to the next stage of recruitment.

JK Mentors will review the results of your assessments. Our recruitment team will assess the results and tailor their training to the applicant's strengths and weaknesses. The results will also help our team make an educated decision when assigning applicants to an account that matches their skills.

After the screening process, applicants will be able to schedule their demo and interview on the date and time they prefer. We do recommend applicants schedule their demo and interview at the soonest available schedule.

Once an applicant has successfully completed his/her demo and interview, someone from our team will reach out via email/sms within 24-48 hours to schedule their orientation along with the next steps for contract signing.

Newly hires are required to undergo training to prepare them for the role. The training is virtual and fully self-paced. One-on-one coaching is also available for those who need additional support.

After the training period, newly hired mentors will be deployed and assigned accounts. JK Mentors also offers refresher training to support our mentors - both new and experienced - with tools and techniques to ensure a smooth transition.
